Support Policy

Support is a service provided for your purchased item to cover any potential issues you have in using the item. Support is only available for those who have an active, paid extension license.

Support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.

What support includes

  • Answering questions about how to use the item
  • Answering technical questions about the item
  • Help with defects in the item
  • Item updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and to resolve security vulnerabilities
  • Updates to ensure the item works as described and is protected against major security concerns
  • Included version updates for all items

What’s not included in support?

Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality. For customization services you may submit for a quote but that’s not include any guaranteed service

  • Installation of the item
  • Hosting, server environment, or software
  • Customization services
  • Support for third party software and plug-ins

Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
